Your card is only charged once the provider confirms. If they cannot accommodate you, no payment is taken and your card details are discarded.

Can I cancel or change my booking? +

Are the providers vetted? +

Every provider is reviewed before listing. We work only with licensed, experienced local operators who know Crete intimately.

What if I do not receive a confirmation? +

Check your spam folder first. If nothing arrives within 24 hours, email info@cretahub.gr with your booking reference.

Is my payment information secure? +
