How do I receive my booking confirmation?
Once your payment is successful, you will receive an instant confirmation email with your booking voucher and the provider’s contact details.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. In most cases you can cancel through your “My Bookings” page. Refunds depend on the specific provider’s policy.
What is included in the price?
Every listing has a “What’s Included” section. This clearly states if fuel, taxes, insurance, or equipment (like snorkeling gear) are included or if there are extra local fees.
Where is the meeting point for my tour?
Your voucher includes a Google Maps link and specific instructions for the meeting point. Most providers in Crete also offer hotel pick-up for an extra fee.
Is it safe to book through Cretahub?
Absolutely. We use secure Stripe encryption for all payments, and we only work with verified local Cretan providers who meet our safety standards.
What happens if the weather is bad?
For boat trips or outdoor tours, the provider will offer an alternative date or a full refund if the Port Authority or the guide cancels due to safety/weather.
