The experience begins at Kastelli Kissamos Old Port, where guests meet the local captain, receive a short safety briefing, and are introduced to the fishing equipment before heading out to sea.
This is a hands-on fishing activity focused on active participation rather than a fixed route. Guests take part in the full fishing process alongside an experienced local fisherman, learning traditional techniques, handling equipment, and understanding how local fishing works in real conditions.
Fishing takes place within Kissamos Bay, with areas selected on the day based on weather conditions, sea currents, seasonality, and fish activity. The experience is flexible and adapts continuously depending on conditions and guests’ interest, allowing more time to be spent fishing when action is strong.
Throughout the activity, guests are encouraged to participate at their own pace, ask questions, and enjoy an authentic, skill-based fishing experience while surrounded by the natural coastal scenery of Kissamos.
No previous fishing experience is required, making this activity suitable for beginners as well as more experienced anglers. The trip is fully private and tailored to the group.

The itinerary may be adjusted depending on weather conditions to ensure the best and safest experience. Your skipper will suggest a plan, but since the boat trip is private, you can change it and adjust it to your own tastes and preferences.
